Meet Kathy Manes-Smith: OC Real Estate Agent

Dedicated, tenacious and always creative are words Kathy’s clients use to describe her. Kathy’s reputation is to deliver unparalleled service and to exceed expectations. Armed with a degree in Architectural Interiors from Purdue University, Kathy enjoyed a successful career as a designer before transitioning into a 20-year Business Development and Marketing career for Fortune 500 companies.

Now Kathy’s designer’s eye helps her clients ‘see’ a home’s full potential and value that others may have overlooked. Her unusual combination of design experience and strong business acumen is rare to find among real estate agents.

Continuing education is important to Kathy. She’s always seeking ways to increase her knowledge to serve her clients’ better. Most recently she earned the National Association of Realtors GREEN Designation, enabling her to always be ahead of the curve in sustainability issues, something that concerns many of her clients.

Kathy’s dedication to helping others is not just limited to Real Estate. She also serves as an Ambassador for the OC Second Harvest Food Bank, promoting their mission throughout Orange County.
