A successful Real Estate career in New Home Sales preceded Stephanie’s Residential resale Real Estate career. It is a career that has spanned nearly three decades.
Stephanie is a passionate and market-savvy professional whose clients’ satisfaction and best interests are paramount. Her desire to serve her clients’ particular needs coupled with her market expertise, construction knowledge and superior negotiating skills set her apart. She loves to work with first time homebuyers as well as experienced homebuyers and sellers that are referred to her from her sphere of influence and from her past client database.
At each listing appointment, Stephanie will encourage and advise her sellers how to stage their home in order to get the highest selling price in the shortest amount of time. She knows that “first impressions leave lasting impressions” on potential buyers and their agents. Stephanie works very closely with her Escrow, Title & Lending teams. She will walk both buyers and sellers through the entire escrow process, providing weekly, if not daily updates. She will carefully dissect every fee on their estimated closing statements to make sure they are accurate before closing. Clients praise her most often for her enthusiasm, her honest and patient approach and unwavering loyalty.

Personal Information
My greatest accomplishments in life have been being married to Rick Chapin for over 40 years, raising 3 amazing children and now grandmother to 6 beautiful grand children. I treasure my family time! Rick & I love to travel together and quite often with our three married children and their families. As a family, we also love to spend time at our river home enjoying the summer and winter activities. I am an avid snowboarder, cyclist, runner and hot yoga enthusiast.
Volunteer
Stephanie attends Harvest Christian Fellowship in Orange County. She volunteers and is part of the women’s ministry administrative team. Stephanie serves at the Orange County campus not only in the women’s ministry but in other ministries at the church as well. Stephanie & her husband Rick also serve and travel with the “Harvest Crusades” that take place all over the US and in other countries.
Job History
Stephanie has worked in the construction industry or real estate industry nearly all of her life. Her father was a home contractor and her husband is a commercial & industrial contractor. Early in her career, after working 6 years in her husband’s construction office, she received her real estate license and was recruited by a New Home Developer. During this time, Stephanie became a new homes sales specialist and tract manager for two different Homebuilders. She managed new home sales offices in Riverside, Corona and Orange County. Working for both of these developers provided her with extensive knowledge of home construction and development starting from the grading process to the certificate of occupancy.
